日本IBMも1000人削減
日本IBMも正社員の6%に当たる1000人規模の人員削減を年内にも行うという。
退職者への再就職先のあっせんや退職金積み増しなどはあるらしい。
最近、このようなニュースや、内定者の取り消しなどもよく耳にする。企業がいかに厳しい状況かよくわかる。
